To reduce risk we simply recommend a step-by step approach.

First step 
Decide and discuss what benefits you want to deliver for your organisation? What you want to achieve? What the current issues are that you face? What is the motivation? Who is involved?

Second step 
Identify a modest project, whether it be adaptation, production, storage or distribution; take the opportunity to work with the IPP’s production and distribution managers, without exposing a large part of your business to potential change. Quickly assess the service, competitive pricing, quality and response times. Use Joules, our online production management system, and see how the whole service effectively combines together. You don't need to make a commitment - just try us out.

Third step 
When satisfied, which we are sure you will be, steadily increase the volume of work, perhaps increase the range of services you use or look to expand into more regions worldwide – the choice is all yours.  

Implementing a range of services across an organisation, is so much easier having had at least some experience of working with IPP and Joules. IPP can also provide support, training and communicate with users, as and when required.

Fourth step 
Over time IPP will provide you with valuable production and distribution data so the way you operate can change, if beneficial.

IPP reviews data and continually looks to reduce the time and cost involved in print and distribution so that you can respond to market opportunities in a more competitive way – worldwide.

Fifth step 
If you are looking to enter a new market, or require a specific print or distribution service, IPP can work with you to put the people, supply chain, processes and technology in place.
